Anniversary/Dessert Cake

Mitch and Susie's 11th Anniversary Cake - This is an 8 inch double layered pineapple cake with chocolate butter cream filling. The cake is frosted with chocolate butter cream, and then glazed with chocolate, with chocolate finely chopped as a topping along with chocolate covered strawberries. The border can't be seen here, but was done in chocolate butter cream dots.
