Daddy's Birthday Cake - This 3-D sculpted cake is slightly smaller than an actual helmet . It was made up from about four 8-inch round cakes. It is lemon pound cake, with butter cream filling and fondant covering with gumpaste and fondant decorations. It features #39 Willie Parker.
